Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Tashina Reeder is a licensed social worker with over 25 years of clinical experience. She earned a Doctorate in Couple and Family Therapy from Drexel University, a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, and is a Goldman Sachs graduate. Additionally, she holds a certification in Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy and has received extensive training in the Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (T.R.E.M.).
She specializes in trauma, grief and loss, addiction, medical life transitions, burnout recovery, and leadership development, integrating approaches that educate, empower, and transform lives.
She is known for her ability to connect with even the most challenging individuals, fostering breakthroughs with compassion and a commitment to emotional safety. Her impactful work has earned her the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, the Strength in Healing Wellness Award, and the Women Who Lead Connect Community Impact Award.
Dr. Reeder is also the founder of Soul Care Services, created from her belief that healing is not only personal, but it’s communal, cultural, and transformational. Her guiding truth: "An empowered soul has no limits."


Clinician & Supervisor
Dr. Mya Y. Little is a licensed clinical social worker who is a nationally recognized clinician, performance therapist, and mental health strategist with more than 25 years of experience spanning the full mental health continuum. She earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Phillips Graduate University, a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, and is a Goldman Sachs graduate.
Her career includes service in some of the most demanding clinical environments, ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospitals and community agencies to boutique rehabilitation centers, Employee Assistance Programs, and high-pressure crisis intervention settings.
With extensive expertise in trauma, addiction, high-performance stress, emotional regulation, and complex clinical presentations, Dr. Little is known for her ability to integrate deep clinical insight with practical, results-oriented strategies.
Her approach blends grounded compassion with evidence-based techniques to help clients heal, strengthen their emotional resilience, and optimize their performance, both in life and at the highest levels of competition.
